Our Administrator
My journey in caregiving began at just 14 when I became a primary caregiver for my grandmother. That experience shaped my passion for helping others and gave me a deep understanding of the compassion, patience, and dedication needed in elder care.
I initially pursued Pre-Med but soon realized my true calling was in Psychology, where I could focus on the mental and emotional well-being of those in need. Over the past 10 years, I have worked in mental health facilities, dementia care, and healthcare management, gaining hands-on experience in providing quality care to individuals with complex needs.
As the administrator of Oasis Bay Care, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to ensure that every resident receives the highest level of care, dignity, and respect. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued, safe, and truly at home. 🧡
